Seat first off-road vehicle released (Figure)

Seat has just released the latest Altea Freetrack, which will be on display at the Barcelona Auto Show on June 7th. This Altea Freetrack is Seat's first off-road vehicle designed to carry the Haldex 4WD system. We can also see this 4WD system on Saab. In order to enhance the off-road capability of the car plus 40mm ground clearance plus a 4*4 body, the new car is based on the Altea XL.





The first full-surface model from SEAT

200 horsepower engine and 170 diesel engine
· Rear seat multimedia system is standard
Typical SEAT style, sporty, new car has only two engine options, 2.0-liter gasoline engine is 200 PS T FSI, while the diesel version of 2.0 liters to 170 TDI machine. The maximum speed of the gasoline engine is 213 KM/H, and the acceleration time of 100 kilometers is 7.5 seconds. The 2.0-liter diesel engine has a maximum speed of 203 km/h, and the 100-km acceleration time is 8.7 seconds. Although the performance of these models has been enhanced, the fuel consumption is still excellent, with 7.9 and 5.7 liters respectively.

From an appearance point of view, the most noticeable is the front and rear bumpers, as the same model poured out. There are also 17-inch alloy wheels and large-size tires.



Haldex-type transmissions on this Altea Freetrack feature hydraulically powered mechanical couplings and electronic controls. This more rational structure is more suitable for everyday use. The power is completely transmitted to the front axle, but once the need to pass this four-wheel drive system is also allocated 50% of the power to the rear axle.
